Who can live in this community?
Symphony at Del Sur is a housing community targeted towards our workforce and
available to all income qualifying residents (ie; teachers, first responders, trade specialists,
mechanics, etc.).Depending on household size, income ranges can range from $28,950 to $127, 920 with monthly rent ranges from $775 to $3,198. These figures are subject to change based on federal regulations.
How many apartments are available?
Symphony at Del Sur will have 42 one-bedroom, 51 two-bedroom, 45 three-bedroom, 31 four-bedroom apartments available for rent.
Can you provide more information regarding the waitlist?
The waitlist for Symphony at Del Sur is scheduled to open in Fall of 2025, once the waitlist is opened applicants will be directed to apply on-line via the property website. All applicants will be placed on the waitlist in the order received. All applicants are asked for the same information and treated in the same manner, there shall be no discrimination based on race, religion, age, national origin, disability, familial status, gender, or any other arbitrary factor. Once the waitlist application is reviewed, the applicant(s) will be contacted to complete an initial certification of income and assets, all applications must meet the property eligibility requirements/criteria, prior to being offered an apartment home to rent. Application processing time may vary, and the opening of the waitlist and community is subject to change at any time.
What are the parking options?
The community will have a 3-story parking structure with 303 spaces. Residents will have access to 258 parking stalls, and the remaining 45 stalls will be for staff and retail use. The
residential buildings will wrap the parking structure in an effort to hide the
parking structure completely from most surrounding streets.
How is this community benefiting our schools?
The
developer paid a One Time Special Tax of approximately $4 million dollars to
Community Facilities District No. 15. Here is the definition of CFD’s

How will this community affect the traffic in the area?
The Symphony at Del Sur plans were developed in collaboration with the City of San Diego’s building and traffic regulations. The project’s 3rd party traffic consultant worked with the City to mitigate any potential issues regarding traffic.
In addition, the community will feature amenities that promote alternative transportation including bike racks.
Will this development have an impact on local resources?
This development will utilize green features such as solar and energy efficient appliances to minimize its impact on local resources. In addition, the development paid $1,200,000 towards water and sewer fees to the City of San Diego.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcomed to this community. For approved service, companion, support, therapeutic, or medically necessary animals, fees do not apply.

The
retail space will hold a 2-story flexible space featuring two elevators and a
